Eugene Reynolds
Eugene is a consultant with the Land Conservancy of New Jersey, working on municipal open space plans. After a 20 year career in information technology, much of which was spent at NYC Transit, he completed an M.A. degree in Environmental Management from Montclair State University. Following a summer internship, he took a staff position with Passaic River Coalition, for whom he handled municipal outreach including model ordinance adoption, natural resource inventories, and open space plans. He also published the organization’s newsletter, designed and managed its appearances at local and state-wide environmental fairs such as the 3 day PSEG GreenFest in Somerset, and helped organize its annual groundwater conference. Because he enjoys New Jersey’s locally grown fruit and produce, he works from July to November at several farmers’ markets, including in his hometown of Montclair on Saturdays.
